Ms. Gregory has been a family law attorney since passing the Alabama State Bar exam in September 1998. Through the years, she has developed creative strategies and practices that she utilizes to effectuate swift, positive results for her clients. Ms. Gregory recognizes that family law issues are often overwhelming and emotional. Whether the case involves divorce, child custody, visitation, or asset division and preservation, she understands that each issue is unique and important to her clients. She strives to act with compassion for her clients yet always maintains the necessary objectivity to move clients’ cases in a realistic direction. Ms. Gregory has spent years fiercely advocating for her clients while also cultivating and guarding her reputation of honesty and integrity.
Ms. Gregory grew up in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. In 1993, she received her undergraduate degrees in English and Political Science from The Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida before moving to Birmingham to attend the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While in law school, Ms. Gregory clerked for a large plaintiff’s firm, but it was in the smaller general practice firms for which she clerked that she learned to love the law in the context of helping families and children.
From 1998 through 2012, Ms. Gregory worked in public service and small boutique law firms before opening Sandi Eubank Gregory, Attorney at Law, LLC in March 2013. From the beginning of her career, her principles have been constant: take care of the clients by providing creative settlement solutions while being prepared to go to trial when necessary; conduct herself in an honest and principle-driven manner when dealing with clients, other lawyers, judges, and the community; and, always striving to be a better lawyer each day by growing through education, leadership, and community involvement. Those guiding principles carried over into her current practice, Gregory Fann Turner Law, LLC, where Ms. Gregory is a founding partner, along with Heather Fann and Brian Turner.
In 2021, Ms. Gregory became a Registered Mediator with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution, having successfully completed 40 hours of Domestic Relations Mediation Training and Domestic Violence Mediation Training. In addition to helping her own clients obtain favorable outcomes in divorce and family law cases, Ms. Gregory also mediates cases for other lawyers and their clients in hopes of assisting with quicker, more creative outcomes for families engaged in family conflict.
When not working or volunteering, Ms. Gregory enjoys going to Costco with her husband, Jason, making Sunday dinners for the family, and snuggling with the family Boxer, Max (a.k.a. “The Best Boy.”)
