Hayley Williams is a native of Boaz, Alabama and graduate of both the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. After passing the bar exam in 2023, Hayley has practiced primarily family law, focusing on divorces, child custody disputes, child support, family court matters, adoptions, and the like.

Prior to joining Gregory Fann Turner and during law school, Hayley clerked at a boutique family law firm and externed with a domestic relations judge in Jefferson County. These experiences exposed her to a variety of advocacy styles and deepened her understanding of domestic relations law. Hayley is passionate about helping families navigate difficult transitions with honesty, empathy, and solution-driven results. Her goal is to always leave clients feeling supported and like their case was handled with integrity.

Outside of work, Hayley loves spending time with her husband, CJ, their two shih-tzus, Harley and Butters, and bonus shih-tzu, Gemma. You might also find Hayley teaching spin classes at Ignite Cycle.
